GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

INDIVIDUAL ROOM CANCELLATION
Individuals are required to cancel reservations at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge including one night’s room rate plus tax. Individuals can cancel by calling the hotel directly at 860-446-2600 or by calling Marriott Reservations at 1-866-449-7390.
